Judge Denies Caddo Valley's Request for Sewage Case Dismissal

A judge in Caddo Valley has denied a request from the city to dismiss a case between Caddo Valley Landing and the city concerning a sewage back up.
Caddo Valley Landing claims the sewage ran onto their property.
The judge heard from defendants and plaintiffs earlier this year and took the case under advisement.
The case will now move forward, but a date has not yet been set for a jury to hear the facts.
