Drew Co. Circuit Clerk Facing Criminal Charges

Criminal charges have been filed against a Drew County Circuit Clerk.
Pat Savage Montgomery is charged with theft of property, abuse of office and falsifying business records.
State Legislative Auditor Roger Norman says his findings will be presented at a committee meeting on Thursday.
Montgomery took a leave of absence in September, but never said why.
