Update: Former UCA Administrator Turns Himself In to Face Charges

Jack Gillean has posted a $17,825 bond and has left the Faulkner County Jail. His next court appearance will be November 19th.
Update (October 10):
The former University of Central Arkansas chief of staff has turned himself in to face a string of charges in an exam thefts case.
Jack Gillean, 55, surrendered this morning and was expected to bond out of jail shortly after.
Original story (October 9):
A former University of Central Arkansas administrator still hasn't turned himself in to Conway Police days after he said he would.
A warrant was issued on on charges of commercial burglary, insurance fraud and fraudulent application for credit against 55-year-old Jack Gillean, who is accused of helping a student cheat on tests by giving him a master key to university buildings.
Gillean resigned from UCA in June after 16 years with the university.
