Man Arrested for Killing Woman in Front of Her Son Being Held Without Bond

The man who shot and killed a mother in front of her 3-year-old son is facing capital murder charges.
According to the Union County Sheriff's Office, 40-year-old Johnny Tubbs was arrested Saturday after El Dorado police responded to a call about gunshots Friday night.
Police found the bodies of of 23-year-old Chesnie Hall and a 39-year-old male in a vehicle.
Hall's 3-year-old son, who may have witnessed the murders, was found unharmed in the backseat.
On Monday, Tubbs was ordered held without bond.
