Renowned Primatologist Jane Goodall Speaks Tonight in Fayetteville

A woman whose work with wild animals in Africa made her famous, speaks tonight in Fayetteville.

Primatologist and conservationist Dr. Jane Goodall will deliver a lecture inside Barnhill Arena on the campus of the University of Arkansas (UA).

The program, titled "Making a Difference: An Evening with Jane Goodall," is part of the 10th anniversary celebration of UA's Honors College.

The free lecture begins at seven o'clock and is open to the public.

There will be a book signing after the event.

Goodall is most famous for her decades long work studying chimpanzees in Africa, documented by National Geographic. She first arrived in Tanzania in 1965 and founded her Jane Goodall Institute in 1977
