A Bradley County doctor is charged with 53 felony counts of prescription drug fraud.

According to the Arkansas Medical Board, Dr. Arthur Nieto is accused of getting the drugs from pharmacies using different names.

The board also says Nieto was over prescribing medication, had issues with record-keeping and pain medication and violated the physician/patient relationship code.

A hearing on the future of his license was taken off the itinerary today, but the board says Nieto's license is restricted as of right now.
