Farmers to Refile Suit Against RiceTec

Farmers from Arkansas, Texas and Louisiana now say they will refile their lawsuit against hybrid rice company RiceTec.

A motion was jointly filed by 51 farmers over what they called "bad rice."

An attorney for these farmers says they originally withdrew the suit to avoid a longer legal battle over technicalities, but will file again in a few weeks.
