According to family at the scene, the shooting victim is Brian Harding, 34, of Little Rock.

They tell KARK 4 News that Harding was working on his car in front of his mother's house on Neely Road when the suspect pulled up in a four-door car, then backed up, rolled down a window and pointed the barrel of a shotgun at Harding, who tried to run away.

He was shot in the head but is expected to survive. We're told he was able to call relatives from the hospital.
