Cleburne County Fugitive Caught in Searcy

A Cleburne County fugitive has been caught in Searcy.
The Cleburne County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) says Joshua Paul Nelson, 24, was taken into custody around two o'clock this morning after a foot chase at an apartment complex on Elm Street.
The CCSO says Nelson, who was wanted on an aggravated assault charge, was armed with a .22-caliber handgun when he was arrested.
He's now behind bars at the Cleburne County Detention Center on $30,000 bond.
