Historic Arkansas Museum Receives Historic Gift

A rare gift was presented to the Historic Arkansas Museum on Wednesday.

The museum received the 1820 agreement between Chester Ashley and Robert Crittenden, which paved the way for the Rose Law Firm.

The document is an irreplaceable piece of the Natural State's legal history.

Rose Law Firm in Little Rock is the oldest law firm in the US west of the Mississippi, and is also the third oldest in the country.
