Former Murder Suspect Dunn Being Sued, Returns to Arkansas

A former murder suspect has resurfaced in Pope County.
Gary Dunn was tried twice for the death of beauty queen Nona Dirksmeyer, with both trials ending in a hung jury.
Dunn is now being sued by Dirksmeyer's boyfriend Kevin Jones, who was tried and acquitted for her murder.
But Dunn recently appeared in court saying he was unable to be found because he was living in Florida and recently returned to Arkansas to be with his ailing mother.
The case goes to trial next spring.
