Mayflower Attorney Gets 2 Year Suspension

A Mayflower attorney is suspended from practicing law for two years after officials say he abandoned a federal case, even though his client already paid thousands.
A professional conduct hearing also found that James Dendy was working on the case with a former lawyer who surrendered his license after allegations of serious misconduct.
Dendy did not have any prior black marks on his record, so got to keep his license in the long-run.

James Dendy is not only my father but an amazing attorney who has helped many many people! I remember him losing money on cases, just because he was tired of the reputation that most attorneys have given the profession! He has gone above and beyond for so many people, and I hate it that Kenny is giving him a bad reputation, well tarnishing his good rep after he has practiced so many years without a mark! My daddy is human, and not perfect by any means... but a crook, he is NOT!
