Fayetteville Police arrested two men they say got in a fight with each other over money.

Investigators said a group of men attacked 19-year-old Darryon Rowell (pictured, left) after he bragged about earning $700 in cash.

According to a police report, Rowell said the three men he was riding with pulled their van over and began beating him up.

He claimed he was choked and hit with jumper cables during the fight.

Rowell also told officers he has an STD called Trichomaniasis, and when he was on the ground being attacked he spit on the other men telling them he had HIV/AIDS.

Police said after arriving at the hospital, Rowell decided not to press charges against the men.

However, investigators arrested Shawn Wilson (pictured, right) for aggravated assault.

Officers also arrested Rowell for aggravated assault and third-degree assault.
