Charges Filed in Des Arc Stabbing

Frederick Owens has been charged with first degree murder for a stabbing in Des Arc in Prairie County earlier this month.
He was previously a person of interest in the death of 29-year-old Donovan Buck.
The Des Arc police chief says they've now upgraded his charges.
The chief couldn't release a motive right now.
Owens is already a convicted felon who was let of jail before he served his time.
He's still being held in the Prairie County jail.
