Following a 52-0 loss at home to Alabama, Wilson unleashed an emotional post game speech in front of a room full of media in which he said he felt at time that the Hogs quit against the Crimson Tide.
Wilson's speech lasted only 90 seconds, his emotions were very evident and his frustration with not being able to play had a lot to do with it.
The Arkansas captain was medically cleared to play on Thursday and will start this evening. The Hogs have been outscored 79-10 in the last six quarters in which Wilson has not played.
Arkansas' defense has been gutted lately, allowing 1,000 yards combined in the last two games against UL Monroe and Alabama. Tank Wright is moving back to defensive end and some freshmen are expecting to see expanded roles on the field.
The Hogs also need better contributions from other key players on offense, named running backs Knile Davis and Dennis Johnson.
This evening's game will air on ESPNU. You can tune into KARK 4 News at 10 p.m. for post-game analysis.
