Two jail escapees are back in the Searcy County jail and may be facing more charges, authorities said.

Buford Clark, 25, and Dusty Rhodes,22, rushed two jailers Wednesday night and sent sheriff's deputies on a brief scramble to catch them, said Searcy County Sheriff Kenney Cassell.

One deputy caught Rhodes across the street from the county jail, another deputy with a canine named Aiko found Rhoades a few hours later hiding under brush in a nearby field, Cassell said.

Clark is in jail on a robbery charge out of Jasper, Texas. Rhodes is in jail on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court.

The county prosecutors office said both men will likely face escape charges.
