State 1 Step Closer to Banning Another Synthetic Drug

Another synthetic drug is one step closer to being banned.
The state outlawed the sale of Phenazepan in March, but it was done under emergency authority and must go through the official process.
The Legislative Rules and Regulations Committee has been reviewing the Health Department's notice to ban the narcotic.
The change is set to go permanent in October.
