Dempsey Bakery in downtown Little Rock is the brainchild of Paula Dempsey. She's the matriarch of a large family that discovered many of the members discovered an allergy to gluten.

Paula tried for a year to come up with gluten free recipes before she even opened the doors to the bakery. Now Dempsey Bakery is the talk of the town for their delicious cookies, cakes, and pies.
