Child Found in Home During Madison Co. Meth Lab Bust

There were four people arrested in Madison County after deputies say they found the makings of a meth lab.

Madison County investigators arrested 52-year-old Kathy Whorton (above, left) 54-year-old Marty McChristian (above, right) 33-year-old Kenneth Pickens (below, left) and 35-year-old Charles Estep (below, right) on Saturday.

According to deputies, they found loaded guns, cold packs, fuel, propane tanks and Sudafed at a home on Venus Mountain.

Investigators also say there was a child present at the time of the bust.

All four face multiple felony charges, including endangering the welfare of a minor.
