It Can Wait Pledge: Gary Green

The effort, called "It Can Wait", is designed to get folks to sign their pledge to not text while driving.

Arkansas attorney Gary Green is the sponsor of "It Can Wait". He joined us on KARK 4 Today to talk about the effort.

We also asked Gary his thoughts on a proposal from an Arkansas legislator to increase the fine for texting to more than the current $100.
