No Raise on Liquor Permit Fees in Garland County

Garland County leaders say they will not raise liquor permit fees for bars and restaurants that serve mixed drinks.

Business owners there are worried fees could increase by as much as $500 if the county moved to raise fees to current state-set levels.

But a Justice of the Peace there told us they're changing the wording of the law so the fees will stay the same for now. They could hike them up sometime in the future, however.
