With fall just around the corner, a lot of hunters are gearing up and heading out into the woods.

Bow hunting season started Saturday, but a lot of hunters had their plans put off until today because of the rain.

If you're headed out, there's a few things you need to remember.

First, as a general rule, bow hunting is allowed from 30 minutes before sunrise until 30 minutes after sunset.

Also remember -- no dogs are allowed during bow season.

For more specific regulations in your area, visit the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission website.
