New developments in the case to stop medical marijuana initiative from getting on the November ballot.

Briefs were filed from all three parties (Jerry Cox, Secretary of State's Office and Arkansans For Compassionate Care) Wednesday.

However the state supreme court declined to hear oral arguments in the case.

A ruling could come with in the next few weeks.

Comments

The groups opposing medical marijuana are obviously very afraid to let the people choose what they want. They want to maintain a minority rule by filing lawsuits. It still amazes me that the conservatives of all people are the ones who are fighting to keep the drug cartels in business.
