Judge to Rule on Caddo Valley Sewage Lawsuit

A judge is making a decision on a long-standing legal issue between the Caddo Valley Landing and the City of Caddo Valley.
Caddo Valley Landing sued the city over sewage backing out onto their property.
Late Friday afternoon, a judge heard from defendants and plaintiffs and took the case under advisement, then told them he'd make a decision on moving forward shortly.
