Youth Challenge Program Sponsors Fishing Derby in North Little Rock

The Arkansas National Guard Youth Challenge Program sponsored a fishing derby at Camp Robinson in North Little Rock on Thursday.
The Youth Challenge Program was established in 1993 by then Governor Bill Clinton as an initiative to reclaim at-risk youth by providing them a different environment to learn values, skills and self discipline.
The kids had a good time and caught a few fish.
