A barge in the middle of the Arkansas river was the site for local law enforcement to receive training to handle possible threats on the water.

Agencies including Little Rock, North Little Rock, State Police and the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office worked with the Coast Guard on Thursday learning how to board a moving boat while controlling a terroristic threat.

Primary objectives included boarding the vessel, securing the boat in the wheelhouse and engine room, and then getting off.
