Cowboys Head Coach Jason Garrett posted a "victory board" outside the
locker room highlighting the week's top performers against the New York
Giants.
Last season, Garrett gave out Louisville Sluggers to players he felt stepped up to the plate, but this year the theme has been "put on your hard hat."
