Rogers Man Accused of Raping 2 Young Girls

A Rogers man faces multiple charges of rape and sexual assault after police say he had sexual contact with two young girls.
On Tuesday, 50-year-old Luis Orlando Moran, of Rogers, was arrested on two counts of rape, a class Y felony, and two counts of sexual assault in the second degree, a class B felony.
On Aug. 7, police got a report from the Child Abuse Hotline accusing Moran of inappropriate relationships with a 7-year-old and 8-year-old girl. According to police, the report was made by the mother of the children.
Moran is being held at the Benton County Detention Center.
