Tulsa Murder Suspect Arrested by U.S. Marshals in Marianna

An Oklahoma man charged with two counts of first degree murder was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Arkansas.

Jermain Jackson, 19, is behind bars in Pulaski County Jail of the Marshal Services arrested him in the Delta town of Marianna on Tuesday.

Prosecutors say Jackson shot 37-year-old John White and 18-year-old Kristjan Thorsso at a Tulsa gas station on the September 8, 2012, killing both men.

Jackson's being held without bond, awaiting extradition on the charges.
