Fayetteville Mom Accused of Driving Drunk with Kids in Car

Police arrest a Fayetteville woman, after they say she drove drunk with her children in the car.
According to investigators, Shelley Starr, 39, caused a wreck at the intersection of Razorback Road and 15th Street Friday.
Officers say she had a blood alcohol content of .31 and had two children, ages 9 and 12, in the vehicle with her.
Starr faces charges of driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a minor.
