The mother of a man shot and killed by a police officer in Alexander has unanswered questions about the events that led to her son's death.
Carl Wallace was shot and killed on Saturday by Officer Nancy Cummings, who had not been officially trained to patrol the streets.
The Officer said it was all just an accident, and that her gun went off while she was patting him down during an arrest, but Wallace's mother wants to know exactly what went wrong, and if her son's death could have been prevented.
