Little Rock Millage Election: Voters Decide on Street, Drainage Improvements

The polls open at 7:30 Tuesday morning for voters in Little Rock.
They will decide in a special election whether to trim property taxes from 3.3 mils to 3 mils.
In dollar figures, that means if your house is valued at $154,000, your property tax bill will drop by $13.
The money from this tax goes to pay for fixing streets and drains.
People who are against reducing the millage say it's not fair and that some wards need more work than others.
