Deadly Mobile Home Fire in Madison County

One person is dead after a mobile home fire in Madison County.

According to the Madison County Sheriff's Office (MCSO), the fire happened around seven o'clock Saturday night, south of Huntsville.

At last report, investigators had not released the name of the victim since the next of kin had not yet been notified.

The body will be sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab.

The MCSO, the Washington County Sheriff's Office and fire officials are still investigating the cause of the fire.
