"His motorcycle got attached to the front bumper, they investigated it and said he flew into the windshield, and then into the road," leaving Trevor with massive head injuries, damage to his intestines, and is in a coma, said Padgett.
Arkansas State Police arrested Nathan Ray and charged him with aggravated assault and leaving the scene.
"The guy continued to drive a mile and a half and removed the motorcycle and went home," said Padgett.
KARK found out ray has numerous traffic violations dating back to 1999.
Ranging from speeding to no insurance, even leaving the scene with property damage.
Back on, July 24th, North Little Rock police say he was arrested for drinking while intoxicated, refusal to take a test and no insurance.
Padgett added, "It would have been a little different I think if he would have actually stopped and tried to help, you know everybody does make mistakes."
Nathan Ray is due to be arraigned October 16th.
Arkansas State Police say they are still investigating.
