Transfer Students to Stay During School Choice Appeal

An appeal will delay any action stemming from the School Choice lawsuit, for now.

A federal judge recently declared Arkansas' School Choice law unconstitutional, but will allow transfer students to continue at their new schools while the case is appealed.

The Department of Education recently sent in their sealed arguments to the 8th District Court.
