Native Arkansan and Grammy award winning country music star Glen Campbell will perform his goodbye tour tonight at the Robinson Center Music Hall in downtown Little Rock.
His farewell tour is extremely important to Campbell and his family.
He was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's.
Campbell's concert starts at 7:30 p.m., at Robinson.
Campbell will sing hits to the crowd such as Rhinestone Cowboy and Galveston.
Campbell was also known for hosting the Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour.
He also added actor to his resume, playing alongside John Wayne in the original "True Grit," movie.
Campbell was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2005.
Last year he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's
His daughter, Ashley, who also plays banjo in his band, talked to me about her dads battle with the disease.
"Playing music definitely helps keeps him going and keep him sharp you know, helps to keep doing what he loves and you know, in it."
Ashley told me she and her dad went down to his hometown of Delight, Arkansas and spent time yesterday with his brothers and sisters, she said they played music and had a great time.
There is a documentary being made of the tour.
