According to Conway police, 26-year-old Temika McClure was arrested Wednesday evening on seven charges, including felony second-degree battery.
Police say McClure got on a school bus and was upset because her daughter claimed another child on the bus was picking on her and stabbed her with a pencil. McClure then ordered two of her other children to get back on the bus and "handle this (expletive)," at which point a girl and boy boarded the bus and attacked another boy, according to police.
The bus driver asked McClure to get off the bus, but she refused, and the fight went on until a man got on the bus and told the kids to stop, while the bus driver radioed for help.
Police noted that the girl did have some marks on her where she said the boy stabbed her with a pencil. After the fight the boy victim had some minor injuries.
McClure faces charges because she appeared to instruct the children to beat up another child, police say.
