Starburst Black Walnut Salad

Ingredients
* Fresh watercress or baby
spinach
* Belgian Endive
* Orange slices
* Black Walnuts
* Blue Cheese
* Dried Cranberries
* Belgian Endive
* Orange slices
* Black Walnuts
* Blue Cheese
* Dried Cranberries
Directions
On a bed of fresh watercress or baby spinach arrange a starburst of
Belgian Endive (core removed) place a fresh peeled orange slice in center and
garnish liberally with Hammons Black Walnuts, blue cheese and dried cranberries.
Drizzle with your favorite balsamic vinegar/oil dressing. Fresh ground pepper to
taste.
