Man Allegedly Fires Gun At Little Rock Police

A 20-year-old man is in custody, police expect he will be charged in a string of recent incidents in Little Rock today.
It started with a car-jacking, another attempted car-jacking, a disturbance on a bus, then shots fired at police.
Darrough was identified as the suspect who allegedly car-jacked one victim, and attempted to car-jack two other victims in the area of 17th & Woodrow.
Darrough also was thrown off a CAT Bus after allegedly creating a disturbance.
Police say he fired a shot after exiting the bus.
Today at approximately 4:45 officers were in the area of 5001 West 65th Street searching for Mr. Darrough when shots were heard.
Officers in the area say they observed Mr. Darrough in the wooded area nearby as he was firing at officers.
Officers located Mr. Darrough in the wooded area and used a Taser to take him into custody after he ran out of bullets.
Mr. Darrough was transported to an area hospital to be examine for possible drug usage.
Leo Darrough will likely face Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Assault and Attempted Capital Murder Charges.
