Power Restored in Nearly All of Arkansas After Isaac Outages

Entergy says it has restored power to just about everyone in Arkansas affected by Isaac.

As of 11:00 a.m. today, just a few outages were still reported in 17 counties.

The greatest numbers were in Jefferson and Pulaski where several dozen customers remained without power.

The electric company says a total of 16-thousand Arkansas customers lost power at some point as the tropical depression moved through the state between Thursday and Saturday.

Utility workers have now gone to Texas and Louisiana, where hundreds of thousands of customers were cutoff by Isaac.
