Update (September 3):
Conway Police say detectives have found out that the man who robbed the Centennial Bank Saturday had bought a pickup truck the day before.

The truck was bought just north of Damascus on Highway 65.

The truck is described as a white 1997 Ford F250 extended cab, long wheel base, two wheel drive with a spray in bed liner and missing tailgate. It has factory aluminum wheels with no center caps, it also has a large rear bumper with 2 D rings attached to it. The doors can only be opened from the outside and the interior is tan and there is a CB antenna bracket inside the bed but it does not have an antenna attached.

Conway Police say the suspect was driving a different vehicle (a car - see description below) when he committed the robbery and that he may be traveling with an Hispanic man.

Anyone with information is urged to call Conway Police at (501) 450-6120 or they can text anonymous tips to CRIMES (274637) keyword Conway.

Original story (September 1):
Conway Police are looking for the robber who demanded money at a Centennial Bank branch this morning.

The Centennial Bank branch is located at 2690 Donaghey Avenue.

It happened just after 9:30. The man showed a gun and demanded money.

The robber is described as a white male in his early to mid 50's. He is 5'10" tall, and was wearing a tan blazer over a black dress shirt with a tie.

He left driving south in a maroon older model four door sedan.

Police are asking anyone who might know anything about the robbery to call 501-450-6120.
