The attorney representing three Arkansas Tech students charged with battery after an alleged hazing incident is asking for a review of the investigation by Arkansas State Police.

Attorney Marion Humphrey says he believes the hazing victim received injuries that left him in the hospital for several weeks during a football scrimmage, and not at the hands of his fraternity brothers during a meeting two days before his hospitalization.

Humphrey says several witnesses saw the victim get hit during the scrimmage and leave the field, but that information does not appear anywhere in the affidavit of the investigation.
