Benton and Bryant investigators arrested a woman on numerous prescription fraud charges.

According to Benton Police, 42-year-old Toni McKeever of Bryant was arrested Monday after a search warrant was executed at her home.

The search turned up numerous empty prescription bottles police believe were obtained by forgery.

Detectives also located forged police reports they believe McKeever used to get new prescriptions for narcotics.

McKeever was charged with 33 counts of obtaining drugs through fraud and 26 counts of second-degree forgery.

Police say the investigation began in early June and is still ongoing, with the possibility of more charges in the future.
