Update: Police Locate Person of Interest in Russellville Shooting

Police Ernest Ramey was located in Yell County and is now being taken to the Russellville Police Department.

The Russellville Police Department is looking for 56-year-old Ernest Ramey as a person of interest in the shooting that occurred Friday morning on South Frankfort Avenue.
Police say Ramey is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 225 pounds, and could be driving a green Hyundai Elantra, with the license plate number 501 PTN.
Authorities say due to their interest in this man, caution is advised.

The Pope County Sheriff's Office says it happened just after 11:30 this morning in the 4300 block of South Frankfort Avenue.
There's no word yet on the victim's condition.
The sheriff's office says the victim was taken to St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. There's no word yet on their condition.
Officials have not yet released details about how the shooting happened, but say the suspect has not yet been found.
