Expect Rapidly Changing Conditions Friday as Isaac Moves Through

Most people across Central Arkansas are likely waking up to rain Friday morning.  For some folks in Little Rock, it's a light mist.  In places like Stuttgart and Pine Bluff, pounding rain was creating the potential for flash flooding.

KARK 4 Meteorologist Greg Dee reports conditions may rapidly changing throughout the day as Isaac inches through Arkansas.  At some points, you might experience little to no rain.  Minutes later, you may experienced the brunt of what this tropical depression has left.

Dee's latest forecast track showed rain from Isaac continuing throughout most of the afternoon Friday.  Additional rain was expected over the weekend through Sunday.
