The rain hit Stuttgart earlier Thursday afternoon and isn't letting up into the night.
There's been a steady stream of rain and wind in Stuttgart, which really started hitting hard Thursday evening, but let up a little since.
Arkansas County officials have reported no major issues aside from the torrential rain.
People in Stuttgart were mostly continuing life as usual, just trying to stay dry and out of this tropical storm.
Electricity is running, and people are just waiting for it all to pass, with no major issues reported.
