North Little Rock Avoiding Worst of Isaac So Far

For the most part North Little Rock has avoided the brunt of Isaac.
   
The wind has water moving swiftly down at the riverbank, because neither it nor the rain has let up, leaving the city soaking wet.

The North Little Rock Electric Department says they've had some scattered power outages, but nothing really massive, and crews are working on getting the power back.

Things have been wet and windy in North Little Rock, but the otherwise calm conditions could certainly change.
