Howard County Man Pleads Guilty To Kidnapping, Assault

Ralph Waldo Morrison turned himself in to U.S. Marshals in Texarkana two days after the incident in April.

Authorities said Morrison crashed his car into a vehicle, then stabbed his daughter's mother before taking the young girl.

Morrison was charged with kidnapping, battery and four counts of aggravated assault in Howard County.

Both victims recovered from the attack.
