Family, Police Baffled by Deaths of Young Couple in Searcy

A young couple was discovered dead in a Searcy apartment complex Sunday morning.
Police, right now, are completely puzzled.
There was no trauma to the bodies, no signs of drug use, no gas, and no suicide notes. Police say they don't suspect murder but do think the deaths are suspicious.
Now, two families who hurting from their losses just want more answers.
"He was loved by everybody," said Aaron Sweet's stepfather Shawn Collins.
Collins says the 19-year-old's last name said it all.
"That describes him, a wonderful kid, we are really going to miss him," Collins said.
Sweet's family members are shocked by his so-far unexplained death.
Police say they were called to an apartment complex in Searcy early Sunday morning.
Sweet's mother had found the teen unresponsive in his bedroom. With him: his girlfriend of only a week, 23-year-old Samantha Espy.
Police say she was foaming at the mouth and both had been dead for several hours.
But officers are clueless as to why.
"Normally, there's some signs of trouble, a note, drugs and there's just nothing," said Brittany Eacret, a spokesperson for the Searcy Police Department.
"It blows our mind to think that two young adults could drop dead at the same time," she said.
Sweet, collins says, was a graduate of Searcy High: a well-liked athlete who was now excited about a new job and the girlfriend he'd met there.
"We aren't pointing fingers at anything," Collins said.
Two families, now waiting for toxicology tests and hoping for answers, but thinking closure may never come.
"Whatever it is that killed these two lovely people, my son, it's going to be a shock," Collins said.

But it may be upwards of two months before toxicology tests come back to shed more light.
