Garland Co. Man Shot Trying to Force Way into Home, Shooter Arrested for Murder

There needs to be some things set straight. First of all Quincy and Crystal were not boyfriend and girlfriend. Second of all Quincy has two children with Crystal. The shooting did not occur because of Crystal. If anyone knew the actual truth of the situation they wouldnt be able to run their mouths. I hate when people speak on things they don't know the facts on. Starting two Saturdays ago, Crystal and Tmacc were together after she had already left him a few months ago because he was very abusive. He would lock her in her room for hours at a time for torture. Tmacc would turn up the tv and put her children in a seperate room and beat her [censored] like she was a grown man for hours at a time. She made a bad choice by beginning to speak with the abusive man again, but we all make bad choices at one point or another in our lives. She spoke with him but hid from him as far as knowing where she lived, so she felt safe still. Crystals mother saw Tmacc walking downtown where she made conversation and he told her he was headed to crystals house(where he didnt even know where was) and she said she was headed there so they could just ride together. Then Crystal was in a situation she couldn't get out of. A victim to abuse she was in a very dangerous situation by a man that was stalking her and abusing her(Tmacc). Two Saturdays ago, Crystal was beat so bad that she had to call in to work for a week, she couldnt even get out of bed. Tmacc sat on her for over an hour and beat her like she was a grown man while four to five other people stayed in the house and wouldn't even stand up for her. She was still unable to get away. Tmacc would take her phone and hold her basically hostage. Last Wed. Tmacc finally left her house to sleep with her roomate REBECCA COOK. She was finally able to call the police because he gave her her phone back before he left. She called the police and they put him out. Quincy was staying there to keep his kids for Crystal to return to work and for Crystal to feel like her and her children had someone there to protect them. Crystal and Quincy slept in seperate rooms even. In the mean time, Tmacc was sending threatening messages saying he was going to kill her and her children. Sunday night Tmacc posted to facebook approx. 30 minutes before he was dropped off at Crystals house by KALLEE ALLEN, who listened to him threatening Crystal all night,that life was a gamble had he was about to play his cards. Before he was dropped off Crystal told him to stay away, she told him to leave her alone. There are text messages and pictures that the police have that prove everything I am typing right now. Tmacc got dropped off at Crystals house where he went to the back door and began kicking the door off the frame. Quincy was woken up by the noise and went and knocked on Crystals bedroom door and told her tmacc was trying to kick down the door. Crystal took her phone into the room with the children where she closed the door and sat in front of it to try and protect herself and her children because she knew Tmacc tyrone mcafee was there to kill her and her children. She was on the phone with the police where she states that her ex boyfriend is trying to break in and kill her, then she hears shots fired and told police they are shooting please come to her address. When I went to that house you can tell that Tmacc was through the door because his blood was on the door from where he cut hisself trying to get in. Quincy young was acting as a father and did what anyone else would have done if their children were in danger. As a man you have to protect the women for the kids. So in this situation everyone needs to think if this had been there childsmother, sister, wife, mothers even. What would you have done if someone text saying they were going to be there to kill your children. How can anyone be mad at this man for protecting his children. As far as Crystal goes she tried to press charges on Tmacc for the abuse on Saturday and the police told her she was to late and wouldn't arrest him. If you are in an abusive relationship you can't always get away and call right then. You have to get away when you can. The police are somewhat at fault for not taking it into consideration that she hadn't been able to get away before then, but they blew it off like it wasn't anything. Tmacc is to blame because he was made to leave by the police and returned anyway even though Crystal had a no contact order on Tmacc. Quincy his a man that acted as a father and a man and protected his family. I understand that Tmaccs family has lost a loved one. In all reality Crystal was in love with that man as well and didnt from the bottome of her heart want to see anything like this happen. She has lost a loved one as well, and now has everyone against her for something she couldn't control. She couldn't control Tmac and if anyone knows him and knows how he was they should know that Tyrone Mcafee is not a person that could be controlled so how and what was she suppose to do. Quincy knew the situation when he as a grown man chose to stay there as a roommate to keep his children and protect his family. I hate that people are so blinded by what they have heard or what they think they know to hear the truth and look at it if they were in those shoes.

Grant G. - There is quite a bit more to consider here than a direct quote from the Arkansas criminal law manual. Judges are paid to interpret the law in a given situation. If the mean chased the "would be" intruder out of his home, he clearly had means of escape and deadly force was not justified. I will bet this will be ruled as an unlawful shooting.

i guess what he should have done was drag him back in the house and then called police and told them that he shot this idiot in his house, im glad this lowlife is dead he shouldnt have been trying to get into a house that wasnt his, all Mr Young needs to do is claim a history of mental illness and he will found innocent, i mean i works for everyone else who commits a crime

Mr. Quincy Eugene Young needs to be given a MEDAL and a Commendation for cleaning up the neighborhood and protecting his neighborhood! What's he suppose to do, wait for this criminal to breakin and blast him with a shootgun...or check his pulse to see if he was alive and get stabbed to dead faking he was down?
